Only recommended for open minds, Novacosm:
The Power of Music tells the sensational
story behind the creation of an independent
musical vision.
George Burdi was once a real-life
skinhead caricature; as frontman of the
legendary hate rock band RAHOWA,
he founded Resistance Records at
the age of 23 with one goal in mind: to
use music as the battleground for the white
separatist ideology.
Now 31 years old, Burdi has radically altered
his worldview, and he charts his spiritual
and ideological path through the music of
Novacosm. "Instead of writing a book,
I wrote an album. These songs are my musical
memoirs," he says.

When Burdi hooks up with industrial dance
producer B. Valentine - a black U.K.
expatriate - and rock guitarist Sy Sylver,
who is Jewish, the alchemical mix is dramatic.
In this 19 minute short film, we hear the
band talk about their unique convergence,
the music that united them, and how they
hope the world receives them.
Having declined numerous major media
interviews, the band has chosen to reach
the people through the digital realm, providing
them an unfiltered voice to tell their story
in their own words.
In the end, the band knows that it is music
that must take centre stage, the medium
is the message.
